Terms of Service
The agreement governing your IG-AIM account, learning tools and subscriptions.
Effective and last updated: 1 November 2026 · Version 1.0
Who operates IG-AIM
IG-AIM is operated by Sigma Z Line For AI Development, 132 El Bahr El Aazam, 1st floor, office 101, Giza, Egypt. Contact [email protected] for service questions, [email protected] for company matters, or +20 101 079 8703. These terms apply to the IG-AIM website and app.
Eligibility and guardians
You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement or act through an authorised parent or legal guardian. Students under 18 need a separate parent or guardian email invitation approved before their account is created. The guardian reviews the student details, Terms and Privacy Policy and explicitly confirms their authority and consent. Teacher invitations do not replace guardian approval. Lecturer registration requires an age of at least 18. Dates of birth and guardian details must be accurate. Email verification confirms access to the guardian mailbox and their declaration; it is not government-ID verification.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify support of suspected unauthorised access. Accounts are personal unless the purchased plan expressly provides team seats. You are responsible for activity you authorise; this does not shift responsibility for security failures caused by us. Teachers and institutions must have authority to invite students and share their information.
Learning service and limitations
IG-AIM supports English learning, including available IGCSE English, ESL and literature activities. Writing feedback, speaking practice, Co-Teacher, mocks and classroom features depend on the live catalogue and your plan. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Scores are practice estimates, not official examination results. We do not guarantee grades, admissions, syllabus coverage or uninterrupted access. We are independent of examination boards; their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Review the price, currency, taxes, billing period, included features, usage limits and any renewal terms displayed before paying. Payment is processed through the available payment provider. Access depends on confirmed payment and the purchased plan. Do not assume that all plans include every feature. Cancel through subscription controls or support; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless you request immediate termination. Unused quota has no cash value and does not roll over unless the offer states otherwise. The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
Your work and our platform
You retain your rights in work you upload. You grant us only the non-exclusive permission necessary to host, process, transmit to service providers and display that work to deliver the service, including to teachers or classmates where you choose a shared workflow. This permission lasts as needed for those purposes and lawful retention. Upload only content you may lawfully use. Our software, branding and original materials remain ours or our licensors’. AI output may resemble other output and may not qualify for copyright protection.
Acceptable use and suspension
Follow the Acceptable Use and AI Use policies. We may restrict misuse, quota circumvention, unlawful content or conduct that threatens others or the service. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support to challenge the decision. Urgent security or legal action may require immediate restriction. Suspension does not remove statutory refund rights or justify retaining payment for services where the law requires a refund.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities or exam outcomes arising from reliance on AI outputs. For ordinary contractual claims, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory consumer remedies, data-protection liabilities that cannot be limited, or any liability the law prohibits us from excluding.
Changes, disputes and applicable law
Egyptian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. The competent courts have jurisdiction as prescribed by law; nothing prevents contacting consumer or data-protection authorities. Contact support first if you want us to resolve a concern, without this being a prerequisite to exercising legal rights. Material changes will be notified before taking effect where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter an already purchased period to your detriment without a lawful basis. If a term is unenforceable, the remainder continues where lawful. Arabic and English versions describe the same agreement; mandatory law prevails over any inconsistency.
