The current service focuses on English language, ESL and English literature. Check the live skill and Co-Teacher catalogues for the exam boards, levels, papers and exercises available to your account. Maths and science tutoring are not advertised as supported features.

The app offers image and document attachment controls. Use clear, complete pages and include the task context. Accepted formats and limits are shown by the relevant workflow. Only upload material you are entitled to use.
Yes, where enabled for your account. Speaking workflows use microphone audio and can produce feedback about grammar, pronunciation and improvement areas. Exam-style scores are practice estimates, not certified exam results.
Create and verify your account, then use the class or intake code your teacher provides. A class invitation and a paid subscription seat are separate; check the access available in your account.
No. Features, request or token allowances, reset windows and seat counts depend on the selected plan and class settings. The plan and checkout screens show the current price, currency and included features.
Subscription owners can use the app’s subscription controls or contact support. Cancellation and refunds are different. Yes, students under 18 need approval from a parent or legal guardian through the separate email invitation before an account is created. The guardian can review the policies, approve or decline, and withdraw later. Lecturer registration is restricted to people aged 18 or older.
