The goal isn’t just
a finished answer.
It’s knowing why.
Provide the English question, your answer and the relevant mark scheme when available. Include the source text, any required images and the number of marks. Review your upload for clarity: a cropped or blurred page can affect transcription and feedback.
Compare each feedback point with the mark scheme and your answer. Ask which part of your reasoning needs support, then revise it. If you think a valid alternative answer has been missed, discuss it with your teacher rather than treating the AI mark as final.
Mock exams let you rehearse answering under time constraints. After a practice session, separate gaps in understanding from time-management problems. Reattempt the questions you struggled with once you have reviewed the relevant lesson.
Record the task, the mistake, the correction and a question to try later. Distinguish a grammar error from missing content, weak paragraph structure or an unsupported point. Use your error log to give the next writing session a specific goal.

No. An AI mark is practice feedback and may be wrong. Official assessment and grading belong to the relevant awarding body.
Include the relevant mark scheme when you have permission to use it. Check that it matches the question, syllabus and paper before comparing feedback.
The app offers image and document attachment controls. Use clear, complete pages and include the task context. Accepted formats and limits are shown by the relevant workflow. Only upload material you are entitled to use.
Create and verify your account, then use the class or intake code your teacher provides. A class invitation and a paid subscription seat are separate; check the access available in your account.
No. Features, request or token allowances, reset windows and seat counts depend on the selected plan and class settings. The plan and checkout screens show the current price, currency and included features.
Subscription owners can use the app’s subscription controls or contact support. Cancellation and refunds are different. Voluntary refunds are limited to verified technical failures attributable to us, while all mandatory consumer rights remain available. Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
Open a support ticket in the app or email [email protected]. Include the affected feature, approximate time and a screenshot with private information removed. Never send your password, verification code or full payment-card details.
